Based on research done by The American Gut Project, this program will help your clients increase their intake of vegetables, fruits, beans, and all other plant foods.  Those who ate a wider variety of plants on a weekly basis have shown to have better health outcomes, such as weight loss, better sleep, more energy, decreased brain fog, and so on.

 

This is not meant to transition anyone to a vegan or vegetarian diet, but rather to encourage a wider variety of plants in the diet for better overall health and wellness.  If your niche involves helping people transition to a meatless diet you can absolutely customize it to fit that, but this is designed to accommodate omnivorous diets.
