Body & Mindset
Body & Mindset is a Done-For-You program meant to take clients through as a 1:1 program or group coaching program.
This program will help your clients get away from a diet-focused mindset and onto a health-focused mindset. Body & Mindset includes worksheets of journal prompts, body image boosting activities, and stopping negative self-talk.
From my own life experience and experience working with clients, I've come to realize how detrimental a heavy focus on numbers can be for a lot of people, particularly women. I've noticed that poor body image leads to unhealthier choices that make weight loss and healthy habits harder in the long run.
Body Mind Balance is not a weight loss program, but rather a program to help your clients strengthen their mind/body connection by focusing on their body and health as a whole rather than obsessing over numbers.
